walmart gift card question. Empty walmart gift card question.

I'm currently working toward getting a walmart gift card, however there is nothing I want to get at walmart. Does anyone have experience on how to cash out the gift card? Do you know if you can buy a visa gift card with your walmart gift card at the check out?

i have no idea but you can try reading their gift card t&c or contact them and ask Smile
