locked out of online offer?

The link was posted under your Thanksgiving Link List.

However, when I was scanning the companies to sign up for, I accidentally clicked exit and the screen was gone. Now, I can not figure out how to get back into their company lists of offers. I go to their member page and they say that they have no record of me registering (I did put my address info. in obviously b/c I got to the company lists!) I try to put the e-mail address I used into the main offer page (Red screen with Target logo), but it takes me to another online offer when I click 'continue'. So I'm locked out. Any suggestions? I'm just glad I didn't start using my credit card yet for the offers on the company lists.
